Michelle is passionate about the profession of physical therapy, which allows her to help people return to the activities they love. She enjoys the opportunity to empower those she interacts with to lead healthier and stronger lives. Michelle completed her orthopedic physical therapy residency in 2018. She has advanced manual therapy skills and strong knowledge of orthopedic physical therapy. Michelle utilizes a variety of treatment interventions including manual therapy and exercises that are individualized for each patient. Michelle’s special interests include the management of athletes, lower extremity injuries, and ACL post-operative and non-operative rehabilitation.
Michelle earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire in exercise science. She then attended the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas where she earned her doctorate in physical therapy.
In her free time, Michelle enjoys being outdoors—running, biking, hiking, kayaking; and spending time at her family’s cabin in northern Wisconsin.
